1. Account Deletion Policy
When a user chooses to delete their PinkPaws Pet Store account, the following actions will take place:
- Immediate Loss of Access: Once the account is deleted, the user’s profile, order history, and saved details will no longer be accessible.
- Order Cancellation: Any active or pending orders that have not yet been completed will be automatically canceled, and this action cannot be reversed.
- Irreversible Action: Deleting an account is permanent. Users will not be able to recover their account or associated data after deletion. If they wish to use PinkPaws Pet Store services again, they will need to create a new account.
How to Delete Your Account
Users can request account deletion through the PinkPaws Pet Store app by navigating to: Privacy & Data > Account Data Policy > Delete Account
Once the request is confirmed, the deletion process will begin, and users will no longer have access to their account.
2. Account Data Download Policy
Before deleting an account, users have the option to download their personal data, including:
- Profile details (such as name, email, and contact information)
- Order history (past purchases, payment details, and order statuses)
- Saved addresses (billing and shipping addresses linked to the account)
How to Request Your Data
Users can request a copy of their data by following these steps:
- Go to Privacy & Data > Account Data Policy > Download Data
- Submit a request by providing a valid email address
- The requested data will be sent to the provided email in a downloadable format
If an account is deleted before requesting data, retrieval will no longer be possible.
